Bottom line, I was checking out over 5 hours (driving away 5 1/2 hours) after arriving for my appointment for rear brake replacement. I went in to the service desk area at 3 1/2 or 4 hours and loudly said "What's going on with my truck?". No excuse when a customer is visibly upset, and I was. Oh, they gave me 20% off - big deal. And I was there for an oil change and error light on January 16, and I was there over 5 hours that time. More
Long story short, went in to trade my current vehicle for another model no call back at all even if I couldn't that's just a courtesy to update someone interested.
