I called to have an appointment for warranty work. I told them what work I needed done and that it should be under warranty. They made my appointment and I dropped off my truck. I then got a call from I told them what work I needed done and that it should be under warranty. They made my appointment and I dropped off my truck. I then got a call from the service tech Dominic who was actually great to talk with. He informed me that unfortunately it’s not covered under my warranty. So I called the warranty company to fight with them. Even though when I bought the warranty I was told it’s covered of course I didn’t read the fine print to know that truck shocks aren’t covered. So this was all a waste of time. To top it off when I went to pick up my truck they tried to charge me for labor and a disposal fee. When I asked what the charge was for the lady had to get the service manager. Who made it seem like he did me this huge favor by waiving the “fee” when I would have never been there had I’d been told it wasn’t covered. My family has been shopping with Axelrod for years and bought many vehicles from them. It’s clear that Spitzer is a whole different company and doesn’t care about their customers so I will be finding a new GMC dealership for my next truck. More

The dealer seems different since change from Axelrod to Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire m Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire more people. I’m also not a fan of the background music playing. Too loud and too much rock. Service itself was fine but I don’t like think I was listened to when asked what I was in there for and what I expected. I had to clarify it more than once. I expected better as Axelrod used to do this. More

I have been with Spitzer Buick GMC for over eight years now. I have been extremely satisfied with all the service from the I day I purchased my 2015 Terrain. It was a great car with always wonderful servic now. I have been extremely satisfied with all the service from the I day I purchased my 2015 Terrain. It was a great car with always wonderful service from all. I have MS and my 2015 Terrain became harder for me and my elderly mother to get into and out of. I knew it was time to get a lower SUV and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. My service has been amazing so far again. Tom Reppucci is who worked with me on the sale and once again I was not disappointed. I don't think I could of found a better salesman. More
