The sales team at Spitzer is very friendly, unfortunately they work in hidden, mandatory fees into the final price. An example of such is the vin etching fee that does not show up online and when asked to re they work in hidden, mandatory fees into the final price. An example of such is the vin etching fee that does not show up online and when asked to remove the fee they claim it can't be removed as they already completed the process on the vehicle when it was brought into their lot. They also force you to go through a third party for registration and titling which is extremely overpriced and slow. Both of these practices are very shady and reduces the overall experience at the dealership. More

The problem was 10Days out of warranty I was told they would try to get it through All I got was a sorry They didn’t even try. I would never purchase a GMC vehicle again and I’m recommending to everyon would try to get it through All I got was a sorry They didn’t even try.
