Its wierd to pull in and just be sitting in a garage without anyone greeting you. Happened both times I was there. Staff was skeptical initially of my claims despite paperwork from a dealership. Once they inspected and agreed what the problem was, they were agreeable and on feiendlier. Time quoted to work on vehicle was longer than quoted. Staff was very friendly. I took my Gmc sierra denali for a collision Sensor replacement the front bumper needed to be removed to install the module Sensor it took 5hrs after I drove it home I opened the hood two of the hood r replacement the front bumper needed to be removed to install the module Sensor it took 5hrs after I drove it home I opened the hood two of the hood release level bolts it was missing and one of the plastic cover plug was also missing l return to the dealer the rookie that performed the job put the two bolts and he said that the plastic retainer plug it wasn't there that why he left it with out it and the bumper was crooked I'm not happy with the service that was done to my truck it only have 5,000 mile I do not recommended this dealer to nobody. More

I was told that my vehicle was serviced when I bought it. I was lied to straight to my face. I happen to work on cars as a side job, so I was checking the info on the cluster and it said oil was at 19% so I I was lied to straight to my face. I happen to work on cars as a side job, so I was checking the info on the cluster and it said oil was at 19% so I popped the hood to find out the oil was black, coolant was low , the air filter was black and clogged. I took pictures of all of it and the service manager still stood there and told me it was serviced. The sales person was awesome but when it comes to the service dept. they need to do better.
