I called ahead of time and Pat verified that yes the first Regarding my first service appointment: This was my first service appt. which was free. I called ahead of time and Pat verified that yes the first appt is free and listened to all my concerns. It may sound small but the most pressing issue to me was a vibrating noise that I thought was coming from the door. John Layman had a tech ride with me until we were able to figure out what it was. It was the darn seat belt buckle but it wouldn’t vibrate if the tech was sitting in the front passenger seat. Needless to say it took a little while to figure this out but they were patient and persistent. In addition they installed Splash guards, door sill protectors and changed my oil. I could not be more pleased with my experience. They did charge to install the splash guards and sills as this is not part of normal maintenance but the price was right and it looks fantastic. The service department seems like a good crew. John went that extra mile to make sure that me and my Acura left there with no issues. Pat is a really nice guy who runs a great shop and will listen to your concerns and make sure they get resolved. I have total faith in Spitzer Acuras service dept (Unlike other places I have been). I would not be worried in the slightest that they would try to pull some shady stuff or overcharge like some service departments are known to do. I am glad I bought the extended warranty and I am not worried at all .... that should I need to actually use that warranty, it will be taken care of. More
