I walked into the dealership on a Saturday. They were very busy, but still no one asked if they could help me until after I had walked through the show room and back looking at cars. Steve finally greeted me and said he would be back and that he was busy setting up a delivery. I wanted to test drive a CT hybrid. There was only one car available and another couple was test driving it. I waited near the reception desk. It was only until about 15-20 minutes while waiting at the reception desk that the receptionist asked if I had been helped. She thought I was waiting on a car for routine maintenance. She tried to get a hold of Steve and he finally came to the front desk and arranged a test drive. The test drive consisted of only taking it out on 270 for a couple of minutes and then back to the dealer. We then sat in his office and discussed what I was looking for in a new car. He said that the dealer was having a hard time getting these cars in and he would call me on Monday. He never called. I called him on Monday and was told that they would be having a meeting that afternoon and he would get back to me. He never followed up with me. By the end of the week, I went to another dealership and put a down payment on a new car so they could locate one for me. The experience at that dealership was positive and ended with results of trying to locate a car at the very least. It seemed like Plaza didn't really care about the customer or even trying to actually sell a car. I felt like I did not fit their steroetypical customer, as I was a single female casually dressed. The salesman also made a comment that he thought I was a nurse, wrong again. In my opinion, Plaza has it all wrong when it comes to public relations and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
I took our Lexus RX350 into Plaza Lexus for scheduled maintenance at 45,000 on November 24, 2010. I guess not, as our car failed to start at a mall parking lot and left us stranded just before closing two weeks later. Unlike our Acura dealership we work with, Plaza nor Lexus follows up to see if the service was completed satifactorily. I have attempted to provide this feedback twice on Plaza's website and have not received a reply. You can only assume they do not care about the service they provide. My only option now is to vote with my wallet and not take my car back to (or recommend) Plaza Lexus nor purchase another vehicle there again. More
To be honest I don't remember the names of the sales person or the General Manager but my experience was so poor that it didn't really matter. Without going into too much detail, after the test drive we sat down to talk about some numbers. I told them that I would start negotiations at invoice. To this they countered with the "fact" that if I paid full MSRP that my car would be worth more. Now I'm not an expert but I have bought 5 or 6 cars and know that this is just insulting. When I wanted to get an explanation on how paying full MSRP would affect the value of the car at resale the sales person could not even begin to put together a rational explanation. At that time the General Manager came to his rescue by introducing himself and then promptly kicked us out of the dealership. It's sad that the staff and management is so ill trained to negotiate with educated car buyers but I guess it's easier to take advantage of people with more money than brains. More
I normally do not take the time to complete customer surveys. However, in this case, I feel that it was warrented. I had visited multiple car dealerships over the past two months in an attempt to find t surveys. However, in this case, I feel that it was warrented. I had visited multiple car dealerships over the past two months in an attempt to find the right vehicle at the right price. After reviewing multiple vehicles on the Plaza Motors online website, I called into the Plaza Motors Olive office, and began working with Victoria Story. Visit #1 Upon the arrival of my scheduled appointment, Victoria had all of the vehicles we had discussed over the phone prepared and ready for viewing. Unfortunately,I did not find any interest in any of the pre-owned vehicles that I had looked at. However, I was impressed with the respect that Victoria reflected towards me as a potential valued customer. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, even after she realized that I hadn't found a car that I was interested in. With that being said, I visited other car delaerships in the area, including Suntrup West County BMW. I spoke with "Ricco", the dealership's Finance Manager. The experience was horrible. Ricco indicated to me that he would not discuss the price of their pre-owned vehicles until after I agreed to sign the title over to my car to the dealership, write them a check(deposit) AND sign a agreement stating that I would purchase any vehicle that I was interested in. CRAZY!! I was truly offended, Ricco became enraged, used profanity and actually followed me out to my vehicle still mumbling bitter obscenities because I would not agree to sign the title of my vehicle over prior to discussing numbers. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered! I visited multiple other dealerships in the area, however with no prevail, I could not find the right vehicle. Visit #2 A few days later I received a call from Victoria Story at your dealership advising me that a few more pre-owned vehicles came in within my price range in the models of vehicles that I had previously expressed interest in. Again, upon my arrival, Victoria had all the vehicles prepared and ready for viewing. In addition, Victoria drove me to multiple other locataions on the dealership's premises(atleast 5 different locataions), but again we could not find the right vehicle. Again, my visit ended without purchasing a vehicle, but Victoria's professionalism was definately reflected in her interactions with me. Visit #3 Approximately a week later, I reviewed your dealership's website and found a vehicle (2008 RX350) that had just came in (no picture available) on your firm's website. I called Victoria, and within 45 minutes I was at the delaership looking at that the pre-owned vehicle. Upon my review, I thought that I had found the right vehicle. I proceeded with completing a credit application to trade in my vehicle and purchase the RX350. Unfortunately, given my unique situation,(upside down on my trade in vehicle) the deal just didn't work out. However, again, I was treated with the upmost respect by Victoria and the dealership's Finance Manager Bob. I never once felt that either he or she was frustrated. I was very impressed with your dealership's Finance Manager(Bob) taking the time to meet with me to go over any and all obstacles facing me, in addition to reviewing a few options and alternatives that were available. Bob even discussed the option of purchasing a new vehicle, but given the overall amount involved, I was a little hesitant on. Unfortunately, no deal occured. Visit/Contact #4 After searching the market and looking at a few more cars, I began considering about purchasing a new Lexus RX350 from your dealership. I called Victoria on a Friday (11/12/2012) morning, explained to her my interests, and she indicated that she would relay the information to the Finance Manager (Bob). Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Bob. We discuss estimated prices and financing terms over the phone. Based on the information discussed, we were still a little off on what I could afford. However, I expressed the terms of what I could afford to Bob, Bob indicated that he wasn't sure if they could finance the vehicle at my terms, but he indicated that he would atleast check and get back to me within the hour. Within 15 minutes, Bob returned my call and indicated that the dealership would agree to my terms. No haggling, no back and forth, just straight forward and honest. Bob also indicated that there was no rush, that I could come in that day or the next, or a a time that would be convenient for me to complete the neccessary paperwork and take delivery of the car. Visit #5 I arrived at the dealership the next day, Saturday, at my scheduled appointment time. The purchase process was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Both Victoria and Bob were very courteous and professional. The closing process was smooth and quick. Both Victoria and Bob took the time to go through every inquiry I had, including thoroughly reviewing all the features of the vehicle. Conclusion I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I was truly impressed with both Victoria's and Bob's professionalism. I always felt like a valued customer. Even after multiple visits that did not result in a sale, I was still treated with respect. Your dealership is very lucky to have Victoria and Bob. My interactions with these two individuals provided me with the trust to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I would rate my experience with your dealership AAA+ and I would definately recommend your dealership to friends and family. More
After a casual Saturday lunch, the wife suggested we go to Plaza to check out the preowned Lexus RX inventory, "just for fun". Strolling through the lot we were greeted by Mike Buffa, asking our intention to Plaza to check out the preowned Lexus RX inventory, "just for fun". Strolling through the lot we were greeted by Mike Buffa, asking our intentions. Our reply of "just looking" was accepted with a non pushy "enjoy, if you have any questions I will be here for you". A RX400h caught our attention, soon Mike had the keys in hand and the Lexus opened for inspection. All looked fine, Mike suggested a test drive and we were on our way. The car was great, but we were not quite ready to make a snap decision to buy at that moment. Mike understood, then suggested we take the Lexus for the weekend, to return on Monday with our final thoughts, no pressure at all. The car was great, and price negotiations were satisfactory and we elected to purchase the RX400. Mike was fun to work with, the financial manager gave good guidance and helped make this an enjoyable purchase. Mike's approach to salesmanship turned our "just for fun" visit into another sale for Plaza along with new customers very happy with the whole experience. More
I went to my same sales person, since I was pleased with all aspects of my 2005 Lexus. I cannot believe that I enjoy my new Lexus even more than my old one.I feel Lexus must of had me in mind when they made all aspects of my 2005 Lexus. I cannot believe that I enjoy my new Lexus even more than my old one.I feel Lexus must of had me in mind when they made this auto,I just LOVE IT !! Bob you are the BEST, thanks ever so much. More

I returned to this dealer and sales person as my previous experience with both were appreciated by me in the past. I researched the vehicles that I was interested in and was able to come to a very satisfacto experience with both were appreciated by me in the past. I researched the vehicles that I was interested in and was able to come to a very satisfactory selection with the input given to me by the salesperson that was inconcert with what my research provided me. He was considerate of my time and his and tried to expidite thew transaction as smoothly and timely as possible. He was willing to allow us a test drive and explination of most of the functions on the new model Lexus that I was wanting. I am a visual person and would retain more if I were able to try all the systems myself with his help rather than him doing the function with me looking on. We all hav e different ways to learn. I would definitely return to this dealership and sales person and will let others know that my experiecne was a good one. More

Three weeks ago, I purchased a pre-owned L WARNING-CHECK YOUR CD PLAYER ON YOUR USED LEXUS CAR! My experience was excellent, until a few days ago. Three weeks ago, I purchased a pre-owned Lexus and never put a CD into the CD player. A week after the purchase, I put a CD in and it became stuck, took the car back, CD was removed and was told that something was wrong with the CD. I bought a new CD and it too became stuck, this was only the second time that I had used the CD player. I was told that the CD player was not covered and the cost was $700.00 to replace it. In my opinion, it was obvious that the CD player was broken to begin with. I went on-line and what I discovered was, Lexus has a history of having, "issues" with their CD players and CD's becoming stuck. Too bad I did not research prior to buying the Lexus. This is to anyone who buys a Lexus, especially a used one that's not under warranty--CHECK THE CD PLAYER!!! You might as well check the cassette player too, I haven't but will... More
