Spirit Ford

I was not treated with respect when I went to pay my bill. I have leased Fords for many years, and I have never had to pay for an oil change. Although I leased my Ford in a different community, I spec bill. I have leased Fords for many years, and I have never had to pay for an oil change. Although I leased my Ford in a different community, I specifically asked about oil changes. The leasing agent assured me that I could take my car to any Ford dealership and have the oil changed for free. The Spirit Ford service agent kept asking me what made me think I could get an oil change for free. I didn't mean to be contrary, but I kept telling him that I have never paid for an oil change at Ford. At Spirit, I was charged over $80. Additionally, when I checked in at the service desk, I specifically asked to have my car parked near the service area when it was finished because I am disabled. After the service was completed, I paid the bill and the service person directed to the opposite end of the parking area. I could see that my car was not there, and it was parked at the opposite end from where I was directed. It was also parked at the farthest parking spot from the service area. I know the service workers deal with many people, but if others were treated like I was, I doubt if they will be back. More

Had tried 3 other local Ford dealerships and got jerked around, just as I was about to give up getting a new Bronco, I decided to check out Spirit Ford. Very friendly, price wasnt way marked up over sticker price like at some other dealers. No high pressure sales for add on services. All in all a great buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford!! Also gave a fair price for my trade in. More
