Brought in my 2022 Expedition Max to be serviced. When I picked up my expedition there was large noticeable scratch on the back left bumper (a couple of them). I brought this up to them & when I came When I picked up my expedition there was large noticeable scratch on the back left bumper (a couple of them). I brought this up to them & when I came to pick my vehicle back up they told me due to it being a lease it wasn’t noticeable and something I wouldn’t be charged for. Although I did not bring my vehicle there in that condition, they said they did their best to fix it and buffed it out the best they could. Regardless I dropped my vehicle off to them to be serviced without any damage and picked it up with the scratch on the bumper to be told it was fine because it “wasn’t noticeable”. My husband and I are very faithful to ford, we will not being purchasing a car from this dealership nor will I be getting my vehicles serviced here again. This is an 85k car and I do not feel as if they would think this was acceptable if this was their vehicle. More
