Fast and painless! Easiest Purchase I've ever went through! When I started looking for a new vehicle. I wasn't sure where to start. It has been a long two year process but I can finally say I got my dream car with the help of Dodge Spirit! Not only are they local to where I live they have been a big influence in all of my families purchases. When I first walked up to get information I was greated right off the bat. They were very knowledgable and had answers to all my questions. The test drive was fun yet informative and the financial sit down was painless and easy. I have never had this much satisfaction from buying a new car. There's always so much paperwork and negotiation. Not with this dealer! They made me feel like I was the VIP! Offering me drinks and asking if I wanted anything to eat as it was around dinner time when we finally worked out the deal. Which brings me to my next point. The deal was great! I am in no way a well qualified buyer but they worked with me and I feel I got the best deal ever. I highly recommend this dealership and all of its workers. Expecially Eduardo Veletanga! He knew his stuff! Was able to get me all the information I wanted! Keep up the awesome work Spirit!! More

Outsatnding Service, Great experience I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He resp I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there. More
