These people will call you relentlessly until you purchase a vehicle and offer you all types of deals as you sign for the car then someone else will come up to you after the paper work has all been pushed through and tell you they apologize but (whatever "deal") they offered couldn't be worked out into the deal and that you can pay cash for it. This place is full of shady people with obvious lack of respect for customers, and I advise anyone in the market to steer far away from this place and their horrible ways. I am at the point where I'm covering up the deadr symbol on my vehicle so they do not get any sort of credit for selling me my vehicle. These customer service reps and sales reps at spirit should be locked up for the way they treat people. These people are degenerates and there is no other way to word it. More
