Paid for the 2 for $130 FULL synthetic oil changes coupon they had on their website. After the 2nd oil change I realized by checking the part # on both invoices that only conventional oil was used. I hope t they had on their website. After the 2nd oil change I realized by checking the part # on both invoices that only conventional oil was used. I hope this was oversight and not a way to make more money off the customer without them looking into it. Love Spirit tho. Although I didnt buy my my truck here, I will next time. Love the small family feel of this dealership as everyone is so friendly. I just want to see them make good on what I paid for. Again, not bashing the dealer as I think this was just a misunderstanding on the service department. More
