Anyone looking for a car go see Dan Stephens!!! He is an honest and caring person! I went in and he turned a horrible birthday into a wonderful day. This is the third time we have gone to Spirit to buy a new van. Each time we have dealt with Dan. He is the ONLY salesman I will deal with. He will tell you that if you have any questions about anything with your vehicle to call him at any time and he means it. I forgot a couple of things he explained to me and a simple phone call to him was all it took to understand how to work things that I forgot. He is the most honest car salesman I have ever dealt with. This is why I say I will Only deal with him. He even called us after the purchase to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Dan was exceptionally helpful from the beginning of the process of leasing our Chrysler Town & Country minivan to the signing of the papers. He answered all of our questions...and no questions were treated as "silly" questions. Dan Stephens is a true professional. He made the time to come all the way out to my office in Bryn Mawr, PA in order to make things easier for my boss (who was co-signing the lease and has a very busy schedule). Dan returned phone calls and emails with no delay, and did a great job at explaining various options to myself (as well as the organization for whom I work). A process (leasing a vehicle and having a business involved) which could seem complicated and confusing at times was made clear and simple because of Dan Stephens' communication skills. I am very grateful to Dan and his collegues (including Mike...who went on the test drive with my family and me, and showed us the "inner workings" of the van).
