Service Larry was very responsive to our needs. He made sure to have my vehicle serviced quickly and ready for me to drive home by the end of the day because Larry was very responsive to our needs. He made sure to have my vehicle serviced quickly and ready for me to drive home by the end of the day because my husband couldn’t drive after neck surgery. On the second day, I talked to Dan Qualls who provided me with a loaner car which was at my place of work before the end of my work day. Matt explained what he had fixed and what he found after further inspection in a clear and professional manner. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. This was an excellent experience, but I hope to not see you soon because it would mean my vehicle needed more service. More

Great!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was notified it might take a couple of hours and they verified if I was okay with the wait. I appreciated their concern, but wasn't in a rush. While I was in the waiting area, several employees walked in..,..each and every one of them were friendly, and made me feel welcome! With good customer service being on the decline at a lot of places, Spirit Dodge still cares about their customers! More
