Dropped off my car for a transmission issue, never got told when it may be ready. Tried to call and they closed early that day without telling me. I called back 2 days later, on Monday. They told me my ca told when it may be ready. Tried to call and they closed early that day without telling me. I called back 2 days later, on Monday. They told me my car was ready and they needed to see if it was covered by the warranty. 3 hours later no call. I called back and they said yes it was ready and covered. When i went to pick it up my service advisor couldn’t even remember speaking to me to tell me it was done. I was then sent to the cashier. She had me sign a paper but never gave me a copy or told me what was done to the car. I still dont even know what was wrong with my car or what was fixed. They didnt even bother to tell me it was ready. Don’t go here. Just don’t More
