Very poor service and pricy. Replacing a 2014 T&C rear side door which should take approx. 1/2 hr ( you can see the video on the internet). They charged $405 for 2.5 hr. This dealership helped me out on a Saturday morning while visiting my daughter in Lubbock. They had the new key Programmes and the vehicle up and running within 15 minutes of my arrival! Other dealership I stopped in had me wait an hour, said they were looking for the key fob scanner, forgot about me, then told me the tool wasn’t working!! Waste of an hour at that other place! My daughter has spirit in her phone and has been instructed to go straight to them if they have any other issues! Great service, great attitude and very understanding!
