This was the worst customer service/service department I have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was ready. He flew to Lubbock both times to pick up his truck only to find out each time that they "found" something else wrong. The repairs he took his truck in for are still not fixed. This time I will take his truck to a qualified mechanic. Don't use this dealership's service department unless you want your vehicle to sit for months, not get fixed and watch them come up with a list of "things that are wrong" that they didn't realize the first, second or even third time. They should be embarrassed by how incompetent they are. More

They didnt even fix the problem I took my car in for. 20 mins after I drove off lot my car broke down. Then they wanted to charge me 150 dollars every hour to drive my car to find out the problem. I spoke to the manager Chad and he didnt even want to fix my car after that his word were " if you dont wanna come back and pay 150 $ per hour then that's a personal choice" why would I have to pay 150 PER HOUR! And yesssssss that's what he said... that's ridiculous and if you ask me its fraud!!!!!... went in for a transmission problem and they fixed the fuel gage!? How does that even make sense??? Yes I paid becaus ei thought they fixed the problem but nope drove down to walmart down the street and what do you know my transmission light pops on! More
