Weren’t helpful. My spoiler was unattached when picked up from service. This was the worst customer service/service department I have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was ready. He flew to Lubbock both times to pick up his truck only to find out each time that they "found" something else wrong. The repairs he took his truck in for are still not fixed. This time I will take his truck to a qualified mechanic. Don't use this dealership's service department unless you want your vehicle to sit for months, not get fixed and watch them come up with a list of "things that are wrong" that they didn't realize the first, second or even third time. They should be embarrassed by how incompetent they are. More
