Poor service, I made appointment a week in advance, dropped off the vehicle on the appointment date, my vehicle sat there for two days, no one even looked at my vehicle. The service advisor keep saying the appointment time is just a drop off time! That is total BS! There is no point in making a appointment!, my vehicle didn’t even get looked at for two days after the appointment date. This dealership and frontier dodge are both owned my Auto Inc, and both dealerships service and overall appearance have gone done in the last 10years. Poorly managed dealerships, who don’t deserve my business. I own a dodge truck and a Jeep, and I’ll never buy from either dealership, nor will I have work done there. Get your act together, or your dealerships will go under! More
