Friendly People..... Organization Skill, welllll The people are friendly but they need organizing. I scheduled my repairs over a week out. Warranty Work My Jeep suffered a failure in the 'drive train' at 95,000 miles. The folks at Spirit did the work to fix and honored the warranty. The folks are nice but the parts were not in stock, and in fact were back ordered. It took over two weeks to get the parts, but once they arrived i was quickly back on the road. I think this speaks volumes to the 'Just In Time' delivery method employed by the auto makers these days, Just in Time always means we don't have the part... Besides the long wait for parts, which is somewhat out of the dealership's hands, I had a good experience More

Don't go here unless you want your vehicle ruined One star is too many. My wife and I took our jeep in for a lifetime warranty inspection. They found what I believe was an intake gasket leak, but they were not clear with communicating the problem. They quoted a completion time of four hours. Two days later my wife called (for the 4th time) for a status update and was notified our jeep had a fire in the engine bay. We had to ask for a loaner car. The first loaner car had a broken transmission and was unsafe to drive. The second car came with flat tires and was sold out from under us after a week. Three - that's right three - months later we are still in the third loaner because they haven't completed the repairs. Frontier is also terrible and is owned by the same group. Do not buy our use service from either location. Leave town if you must have a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep until these clowns go out of business. More
