service Bad experience. The service personnel was not up to par which can blamed on mgmt-Mike Guerra. There was a shortage of service techs and equipment and Bad experience. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN TOWN FIRST OFF, IF YOU WANT A RETURN PHONE CALL, DON'T USE THIS PLACE. ONE OF THE DAYS I CALLED TO CHECK ON TRUCK I WAS TOLD "WE HAD TO PULL THE TECH OFF YOUR VEHICLE TO WORK ON THE GENERAL MANAGER'S VAN, IT HAD TO BE DONE TODAY". SO PAYING CUSTOMERS GET PUSHED TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. BETTER YET LIE TO ME INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THAT. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ALL AMERICAN. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF MY SERVICE ADVISOR IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE, I GUESS SHE QUIT INSTEAD OF GETTING HER BUTT CHEWED OUT 50 TIMES A DAY. More
