The folks are nice but the parts were not in stock, and in fact were back ordered. It took over two weeks to get the parts, but once they arrived i was quickly back on the road. I think this speaks volumes to the 'Just In Time' delivery method employed by the auto makers these days, Just in Time always means we don't have the part... Besides the long wait for parts, which is somewhat out of the dealership's hands, I had a good experience More

Rodney went above and beyond to find us the truck we were looking for. We were in the market for a specific Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 truck with a fifth wheel hookup and running boards we had seen on their website. Rodney tracked down the truck and sent for it for us and we traded our vehicle and they supplied us a loaner to get us home and they would deliver the truck when it arrived and pick up their loaner. There was a glitch getting the vehicle after all but Rodney found us the perfect replacement and made sure it had evwerything we had requested for the other vehicle. We will definitely return to Spirit Automotive when we are in need of another vehicle and hopefully Rodney will be our salesman again, we will also recommend them to other people. More

They found what I believe was an intake gasket leak, but they were not clear with communicating the problem. They quoted a completion time of four hours. Two days later my wife called (for the 4th time) for a status update and was notified our jeep had a fire in the engine bay. We had to ask for a loaner car. The first loaner car had a broken transmission and was unsafe to drive. The second car came with flat tires and was sold out from under us after a week. Three - that's right three - months later we are still in the third loaner because they haven't completed the repairs. Frontier is also terrible and is owned by the same group. Do not buy our use service from either location. Leave town if you must have a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep until these clowns go out of business. More
