THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE So we ended up at Spirit after we walk away from another dealership due to ignoring us, making us wait, and this was at the time of signing paperwork! As soon as my husband drove up to Spirit, he was met outside by a great person: Tre Fillmore! He did not stereo typed us, by giving us 4-6 year old vehicle offers, thinking it was all we could afford, and we were asked if we would like a 2018 truck! He then told my husband to take the truck with him to have lunch with me, (I was at work by this time) and once the deal was done, they brought the paper work for me to co-sign all the way to my work! They treated us with respect, very polite, went above and beyond! Thank you for what you do! More

The salesman made contact with us about a vehicle we were researching and considering to buy. After being told this car was in optimal condition, (confirmed by their Service Dept that conducted a 100 million POINT INSPECTION) It was shown to my family and after a quick 10 minute test drive we immediately noticed that "That was a lie!" To think that these "MEN" would tell a family theses lies and try to con us into making a $15K purchase, I will never understand. In this day in age where people lie... some more... then lie again and then get angry when you confront them about their lies, they WILL LIE AGAIN! I'm so done with this company! Very UNSATISFIED GUEST. More
