Took care of recall Call on Friday afternoon to schedule appointment to take care of a couple recall notices, expecting to be scheduled for next week. Great!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was notified it might take a couple of hours and they verified if I was okay with the wait. I appreciated their concern, but wasn't in a rush. While I was in the waiting area, several employees walked in..,..each and every one of them were friendly, and made me feel welcome! With good customer service being on the decline at a lot of places, Spirit Dodge still cares about their customers! More
