We found the car we were looking for through the plainview dealership website. We stopped in plainview and Jhosefer who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional told us that they didn’t ha plainview dealership website. We drove to Lubbock and found the car and test drove the car with a female salesperson. She told us about the Labor Day specials and discounts. After test driving we asked her to get us a price. She showed us a price with a 500 labor day discount that was almost 2000 HIGHER than their website... I guess the Labor Day special was to INCREASE the price of the car. I was surprised and disgusted and told them it was higher than their website and got zero response from the salesperson. I walked out and no one even attempted to talk to me. BUYERS BEWARE More

This was the worst customer service/service department I have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was have ever experienced. My son's car was in the service department for repairs for over 3 months. Twice they contacted him to tell him his truck was ready. He flew to Lubbock both times to pick up his truck only to find out each time that they "found" something else wrong. The repairs he took his truck in for are still not fixed. This time I will take his truck to a qualified mechanic. Don't use this dealership's service department unless you want your vehicle to sit for months, not get fixed and watch them come up with a list of "things that are wrong" that they didn't realize the first, second or even third time. They should be embarrassed by how incompetent they are. More
