They were competent and friendly. They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. They did not give you the feeling that they were thinking of ways to help you, make the transf They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. They did not give you the feeling that they were thinking of ways to help you, make the transfer to this vehicle from you last to be as painless as possible. Again, to be fair, if you asked they helped you out. It felt like they had another appointment soon, and they needed to get free for that. They were not rude, but sort of made you feel that you were somehow being rude or inconvenient. If I were the manager buying vehicles, not just a person picking up a fleet vehicle for use, I am sure it would have been different. More
