Kathrynne helped us navigate all the options and features to choose the model that will best meet our needs and expectations. After we ordered our Forester, she kept us informed of the expected ship date and the arrival at the dealership. She took plenty of time to introduce us to our new vehicle past closing time before we drove off the lot. Jon helped us sail through the paperwork. Betsy did a great job with the tutorial. After driving the car a few days, we had questions. It was very helpful to have someone walk us through all the options and features again. More
