We came to Falcone to buy a new Taos. While looking at options and pricing - our sale representative noticed a well appointed and reasonable price point on a pre owned - low miles vehicle While looking at options and pricing - our sale representative noticed a well appointed and reasonable price point on a pre owned - low miles vehicle they had just taken on dealer trade. We were satisfied and completed the transaction. When the car delivered there were a few issues not noted in the original transaction. We returned the vehicle the next day. A meeting with sales and management got the vehicle on the right track to be delivered to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the response to the small issues. We felt like the issues were handled correctly in a timely manner. We are pleased with the overall experience and the the vehicle we purchased.
