I found the staff at Falcone Subaru helpful and easy to deal with. They were ready with answers when I had questions, but Russell mostly let the car sell itself. I didn't feel pressured at any time. I visited the dealership 4 times over 4 months during the process of choosing a new car. They provided the lowest initial quote compared to the other local dealers, and were competitive with the 5 other dealers I got quotes from in a 200 mile radius. I could have probably gotten a better price, but I'm happy with what I paid and the minimal amount of haggling. More
