Above and Beyond! I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just in for a simple oil change, and wow! I was blown away by the attention to detail when it comes to making sure their customers are happy and well informed. I pulled into the service drive, and Brady greeted me within seconds. He walked around the car with me and talked with me while doing so. It is very clear that he knows his Subaru's inside and out. I had an appointment, and he already had my paperwork in hand and I was checked in quickly yet efficiently. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the amenities, including Longs donuts (fantastic!) I even had a great interaction with a dog named Cooper! I had a nice talk with Ryan who sits near Brady, about production numbers on 2015 Subaru Impreza's as well. Again, I can tell he is another well educated employee that is truly passionate about the brand. Before I knew it, my car was brought up, washed and clean! Brady informed me of my upcoming 12k mile service and told me exactly what the cost would be. The cost of the oil change was quoted before the service was started and it was exactly as quoted. The staff is what makes this dealer great, the dealership up north has too much of a "corporate" feel, yet at Falcone, I feel right at home! More

Two Saabs, five Subarus (both new and used), and a VW later, we can't imagine purchasing, servicing or repairing a vehicle anywhere else. A typical dealership, this is not. Everyone at Falcone from the boss down is familiar, friendly, courteous and professional. We experience none of the unpleasantness so often associated with the automobile purchasing or servicing process. Falcone has never attempted to sell us anything that we did not need or want and has always offered a very fair and transparent price. This dealership has always gone out of its way to ensure that our purchases and service experiences completely fulfilled our requests and requirements. On a five star scale, Falcone is a six star dealership. More

Fantastic service My buddy and I went to Falcone to have the wheel bearings replaced on his a4. First off this is a VW dealership that doesn't normally work on audis so My buddy and I went to Falcone to have the wheel bearings replaced on his a4. First off this is a VW dealership that doesn't normally work on audis so I was surprised they agreed to do the work and for the same price as the little mechanic shops around us. When we got there they did up the paperwork then drove the car. They told us that one of the wheel bearings was bad but they weren't sure about the other. They also told us they misquoted the price to us but we're going to honor what they said over the phone. They also told us that they would replace one bearing then drive it again to test and then do the other one if it needed it, so if only one was bad they would save us some money( this also took them twice as long and they didn't make any more money off of it). While we waited a salesperson talked with us, let us test drive some of their new cars, then gave us a loaner car for the day. In the end the work was done correctly and for a good price. Keeping in mind that we are college students and have never bought a car from them, they were exceedingly accommodating and helpful. For a small dealership they blow all the big ones out of the water. More
My husband and I have made two purchases at Falcone now. We were told had a couple from Chicago driving down to see it that day, and although they had been encouraged to put a small refundable down payment to hold it, the couple did not. Sorry for them, but good for us. The process was very smooth and pressure-free. Bert went out of his way to create minimal stress for us, and the owner was there working, himself, on a Saturday morning. I was impressed at the staff's professionalism and hospitality! Then we needed to trade the Mini in for a 4-door a few months back, so we went back to see Bert, because he was just so nice and down to earth compared to other car salesmen we had experienced in the past (at other dealers). He wasn't in the office at the very moment so we worked with Dan (I THINK that's his name) and he was good too, but we were honestly looking forward to helping Bert get the "credit", but it wasn't like that -- Bert ended up jumping in and out of the transaction whenever he could to help get us out of the door happy! What I really love about this dealership is that it doesn't feel like a dog-eat-dog environment. At Falcone, it's more like they are a family and realize that if they all give 100%, they'll all succeed in the end. When we finally were about to drive the VW off the lot, Bert (although he wasn't the one who "sold" us the car) took the time to go over some neat features and offer some personal insight about the car's components. This was on a Saturday and then on Monday, Bert realized we still needed to sign a couple documents and personally came to me and my husband's workplaces due to our special circumstances and availability. Overall, great experience now twice and highly recommended for a no-nonsense, straight-forward, pressure-free purchase! And if you've seen Falcone's commercials, "no dealer fee --EVER"...it's true!
