Service for my 2012 Outback at Falcone Dec. 1, 2016 I appreciate the ease of scheduling the recall service. I arrived at 7:10AM and was greeted warmly and was able to schedule an alignment in addition to the windshield wiper circuit breaker work. I received an e-mail about asking about a gift on the tree and received 10% off on the work I had done. Ryan was pleasant and expedient calling for the shuttle to get me to University Hospital on time and I was promptly picked up as promised. Jerry was the technician and he also suggested other work on my brakes which my husband can complete, but I so appreciate his inspection and direction on this additional work needed. To my delight my car had been washed and vacuumed out and when I slid into the seat it smelled brand new again. Thank you, because of your service I never dread coming in and look forward to some day purchasing another Subaru from you. More

Steve Halloran, my main man, was his usual cordial, friendly, and helpful self.I always check in with him first even if I have to wait while he's with another customer. Nothing gets done until I first talk to Steve. He always has my best interests to heart as do all the other members of the Falcone family. He got me right in, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and even saved me about $150.00 in labor by suggesting preventive maintenance.He also loaned me a beautiful 2017 Subaru Outback fully loaded in order to carry on with the rest of my busy day. What a car or should I say SUV. It was such a joy to drive while waiting for my Beetle.Thanks Steve! At the end of the day when Steve was preparing my bill, I looked over to Shelby Isner's office and noticed a model VW Beetle in her office. It looked just like my yellow 2000 VW Beetle GLX.I strolled over to her office and politely asked her how much she would take for it since it was a duplicate of my car. I was willing to pay whatever she wanted. She would not accept my offer but instead graciously gave me the model. I couldn't believe it and kept insisting she take some money for it but she wouldn't have it. Instead I gave her a big hug. You may ask yourself what does this have to do with service. Well to me if you show that kind of generosity and kindness in such a small manner as this, it isindicative of the care and commitment that runs through the entire business.I look at the little things that maybe not too many people do in this hustling, bustling world of ours. These things can tell you so much about an establishment. What it tells me is that I can rest assured that each time I visit Falcone Service, they are looking out for me in all respects because they all care. That's very special in this day and age. He even followed up with a phone call while he was waiting for an answer just to make sure we knew he was working on it for us. More

It has changed our opinion about buying a new car. You can bet Falcone Subaru will be our place for new cars and service. I know this sounds like a commercial but it is the truth. I have always said that my TDI Jetta was the best car I had ever owned in so many ways. I had thought I would keep it forever even with the recent TDI news but browsing the Falcone used offerings I spotted a 2012 Tiguan SEL in remarkable condition! I wasn't sure what I would do but then I test drove it and it was all OVER! The TDI issue could have made it complicated but Alex and Chase made it so easy! Alex was so patient with my many email questions and Chase and Moe went the extra mile to make this transaction smooth and pleasant! I didn't think I would ever be in a car this nice! It HAD to be GREAT for me to give up my TDI Jetta and it is! I look forward to continuing to use Falcone for all my service needs on this Tiguan just as I did with my Jetta. More
Astounding Care and Service I was truly blown away by the experience that my wife and I had with all of Falcone Subaru. We purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback and experienced a I was truly blown away by the experience that my wife and I had with all of Falcone Subaru. We purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback and experienced a few problems that all the staff of the dealership were eager to fix for us. The air conditioning wasn't working consistently on our test drive, so the dealership gladly fixed that for us as well as a couple cosmetic issues with the car. We then took the car to our mechanic who cleared us for the purchase. However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the transmission went out. Falcone Subaru gladly replaced the transmission free of charge, even though we had it inspected by our own mechanic before purchase. They really take care of their customers at this dealership!!! Justin Poynter was our sales consultant and he did an amazing job meeting our needs from the moment we walked into the door. Mr. Falcone also did some of the inspection on the car himself and let us know how much he appreciated our business, assuring us that we would be well taken care of. He even said that if we weren't comfortable with the vehicle after the repairs, he would buy it back from us. They gave us a great rental car while we were waiting on the repairs, free of charge as well. They even offered to pay our towing cost after the transmission went out. We love our Subaru and are so glad we went to Falcone! More
