We were upside down on her Fiat that we traded in and received an offer consistent with what we had found online evaluating the value ourselves. While John was helping us, Bob Falcone pulled us aside and he actually ran through the numbers with us. He helped us compare a lease vs. buying a pre-owned. Even though the car hadn't been detailed yet, we were allowed to see it before leaving on Saturday. At no point did we feel any pressure to make an immediate purchase. Given we were at the dealership primarily to drop my car off for service it was refreshing to get that much attention from the sales team. We ended up getting a very fair price on a 2014 Jetta with plenty of features. The sales team was very honest with us and it was much appreciated. I've spoken a bit with Ryan from the service department and he has been very polite and professional as well. They allowed us to put a fully-refundable deposit down on a car to get first-right-of-refusal in case someone else came in the look at the car between our Saturday visit and whenever we made a decision. John was able to meet with us after we discussed the purchase and we ended up buying the Jetta. The service didn't stop after we signed and left either. John made sure I had a loaner with my car still in the shop and has made sure that my fiance is happy with the Jetta. He asked her to make a list of any problems she finds so that they can make sure to take care of it under the warranty. I would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Subaru or a VW. The whole experience was low pressure and everyone was very friendly (but not in the weird sales-guy way). More

He got my car into a bay quickly, made sure the accident had caused no other damage than the tire and got me on my way in a surprisingly short time. Everything was explained clearly. I consider Ryan and Steve in the service department more than just my professional contacts....they have become my personal friends. I recently purchased my 5th Subaru(4 with Duke Gold and Falcone), and I had an absolutely amazing experience with my sales representative John Franks. He not only did everything to make my buying experience one of the best(if not THEE best!) purchases I have ever made, but he has become a personal friend, too. The family-like atmosphere at Falcone shines through the entire dealership. I own my own business, and I recognize and appreciate good service.
