He was not pushy and gave a nice laid back experience for us. We got back and looked at a new Outback. He helped us run numbers and we ended up buying the new Outback and were thrilled! I cant say enough how Alex made the whole process easy and fun. I recommend Falcone and Alex to everyone that looks at the new Subaru. We love our new Outback! Drives great! Great gas mileage! Thank you Alex! More
Great service every time! I purchased my first Subaru from a different dealership in town. They charged document fees when they said they were not going to. After that point, I I purchased my first Subaru from a different dealership in town. They charged document fees when they said they were not going to. After that point, I lost my trust in them. It was the end of the day so I just let it slide. However, that moment stuck with me. It made me wonder what else they were not being honest about. When my lease was up, I searched for a different dealership. I am happy I looked around because I landed at Falcone Dealership. They are by far the best! Falcone has always been upfront about any fees. Everyone at the dealership from sales to service is always professional. I feel like they listen to my concerns and what I want in a car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I have leased two Subarus from Falcone. Every time I enter the dealership, the customer service is outstanding! I am always greeted by name when my car is being serviced. The staff is top notch! More

Best buying experience ever! Called Alex and told him I was at a different dealership looking at a vehicle that didn't quite have the options I was looking for. He told me he just Called Alex and told him I was at a different dealership looking at a vehicle that didn't quite have the options I was looking for. He told me he just got one in trade that wasn't even listed on the website yet. Told him I'd come in to take a look. He was on the ball, didn't waste any time, had the vehicle pulled around ready for me! I liked it and it had all the features -- and more -- that I was looking for! They looked at my trade in, I talked to the finance manager, they made me a great offer and it was done! In and out in no time and I got a great deal! Alex is very professional and proactive. He (along with Chase) made my buying experience VERY pleasant! More
The worst experience I've ever had in car repair. Man where do I start? My experience with this company all started 2 years ago when I started to have a very strange grinding noise from my manual 20 Man where do I start? My experience with this company all started 2 years ago when I started to have a very strange grinding noise from my manual 2008 Subaru Impreza whenever I would turn. Since I work really close I called into Falcone and had my car in for service the very next day. After drop off I received a phone call the next day with the explanation that my cars transmission had gone out and even though it only had 88,*** miles it needed to be replaced. The quote was astronomical but would be lower if I was willing to put a used transmission in my car. As it was explained to me this part came from a "very low mileage car" but they would not offer me any kind of warranty (looking back this should had been red flag #1). They also wanted to save me money by re-using my clutch & flywheel. I said great I love saving money but does the car need it? They said they would check and get back to me. So next day they call as promised and inform me that indeed everything looked okay and just the transmission needed to be replaced, great! Or so I thought. After I got the car back something felt wrong I still to this day don't know how to explain it. It felt as if it was slipping between gears #1 and gear #2 but it never affected the driving. So I called them and explained exactly what I felt and why it was different. They told me to bring it in, I did. Dropped it off in the morning not even two hours later I get a phone call saying everything was fine. I trusted what they had to say I just assumed it was in my head and that maybe it should feel a little different. So fast forward 1.8 years car is getting around 100,000 miles on it now. Fall is quickly approaching the weather is starting to drop. I hop in my car put the keys in the ignition and nothing. Oh Crap. Try again it fires right up. I live like this for a week or so until finally it fails me. I tow it into Falcone explain in detail exactly whats going on. Unlike the first time communication is horrible. I have no idea what's going with my car for what seems like weeks. In the meantime have been using an uBer to get back and forth to work. They then present me with a loaner car after I explain how much I'm spending on uBers. So Thanksgiving happens no calls then Christmas no calls I finally get fed up. I call with the same response I've gotten before. They have no idea. Two days later they call me and explain to me that my battery is bad. That can't be I just bought a new battery less than a month ago from auto zone. Well blah blah blah its not a Subaru battery okay well how much is a Subaru battery? It was literally twice the cost. So I said okay. Take the battery back to Auto Zone get my money back. If you're stuck with me this far you'll probably think well this fixed the cars issue.... Nope.......Can I return the Subaru battery? No. So I am now stuck with a battery that doesn't work at twice the cost. Great. So back to square one. I'm still in a loaner car so luckily I have the ability to get around. More weeks pass with little to no communication when I finally get a call letting me know they have found the issue. It needs a new coil pack. Interesting as I had just replaced both the plug, wires, and coil pack replaced a few months ago with no issues. I tell them this they responded with it wasn't a Subaru coil. To fix everything would be around $600 knowing what it takes to replace this part I start to question there pricing. Once Brady reassure again that this will fix my problem. They take my money and I drive off back to work. End of work day comes. I go to get into my car. Nothing. Try again. Nothing. *Expletive*. Well its now past 6 they are closed I am now stuck at work. I call my wife. We jump start my car. It works. Car Starts. Great. Maybe the battery just died? Get in the car hop on I-70 half way home car start to shudder as if its not getting enough gas. It then stops. I have just enough juice to get it to the shoulder. Luckily I am a AAA member this is now tow number two. Get it home put the battery on a trickle charge and let it sit overnight. Get in the car next day it starts right up. Let it sit outside for 15+ mins at an idle. Drive it to work. No issues. Drive it home no issues. Next day get in the car it acts like its not going to start again. I call this time I talk to Brady's boss. She tells me to bring it in, I do. They magically can't find anything wrong with it again. I am told that the "carb" needs to be cleaned and am charge $30.00. As of today the issue isn't fixed some days I still have issues starting the car. At this point I have written Falcone off and never want to speak to them again. HOWEVER.... May 25, 2017. So due to my wife's car breaking down ( I know terrible luck) we are down to one car. Great car by the way 2004 Mailbu 140,000 miles. Zero issues. Until one day the Fuel Pumped died. Not the end of the world its expensive to fix not to mention it has no value so we decide to just buy her something new. One week after her car breaks my car all of a sudden won't shift gears in the middle of morning traffic. While dealing with a car that is stuck in 3rd gear I call Brady I ask him if I bring the car in if there was anyway someone could give my wife and I a ride to work. While they look at it and fix it. . His response. There is a Enterprise rent a car down the street. He didn't have any loaner cars. At this point I'm appalled I have given these guys $2699.63 bucks on a car that has never truly been fixed. I hang up limp my car to work and call and ask to speak to Mr. Falcone. Surly he'll understand the situation and maybe at least try to help me out. I ask him if there could be anyway possible they could look at the car or help me out in anyway with the transmission. I explain everything his response was on a used transmission we're not crazy. No. I tell him goodbye. I take my car to another Subaru Dealer and they let me know the truth. It was bad. They can only guess but that transmission wasn't a low mileage one. Luckily it wasn't the transmission it was the clutch I was told didn't need to be replaced. I was informed that a transmission should never be replaced without replacing the clutch. Another ~1900 bucks due to poor workmanship. Never again Falcone. Never. Again. Two stars instead of one due to the fact they gave me a loaner car for a month and a half. Update: Response from the Owner. JUST FOR ACCURACY JORDAN When you called me you said you have been here multiple multiple multiple times and spent over $5,000 with us. Keep in mind we actually look up this info while on the phone with you. in addition our calls are recorded so we truly have what was said. Your statements are completely false and I will consider them as digital slander. Correct all bad information immediately. I understand frustration comes with cars but a brand new transmission only comes with a 1 year warranty. I am not asking you to take anything down, however do not embellish. One additional point just for you. No one will read something this lengthy online, condensing it will benefit consumers more. YOUR COMPLETE DOLLAR HISTORY BELOW and total history. I will put all this on for the response!!! And these are facts. Edit: I have entered the true dollar amount in the review above. I find it funny now that they didn't record my car being back at their shop any of the two times. Also I was told my car wouldn't have any warranty. Also that people don't actually read long reviews. Take from that what you will. More

It was due for oil change and rotation of tires and I also asked them to check the lower AC/heat vents. The staff was very helpful. I got an appointment that very afternoon. Ryan spotted the battery problem the moment he checked the back "secret" light. It had inadvertently been turned on--I didn't even know there was a light! I felt like an idiot but was assured that this happens a lot to Forester owners. The entire service was done in a little over an hour and included vacuuming interior and car wash. It's the little things that make a big difference. I still love my Forester and am thrilled with Falcone for the care and respect they gave me as one of their customers. There might be other Subaru dealerships located closer to my home, but Falcone is worth the drive. More
Honest and transparent, what more could you ask for? I started looking for a new car close to 4 months ago and inquired through the website about a particular car. I received an E-Mail from Alex Moffett I started looking for a new car close to 4 months ago and inquired through the website about a particular car. I received an E-Mail from Alex Moffett and we started to kick around some numbers. He was always prompt and transparent with me - easily the best car buying experience I've had from inquiring on the website to signing the last document. When I came to the showroom to check out two vehicles I actually sat down with Bob Falcone (the owner) to run the final quote. He and all of their salespeople will actually turn the monitor around and show you every input to the final price. If you like to play games and feel like you pulled one over on somebody maybe that won't be your thing, but if you like getting a good price and knowing why you're paying what you are, Falcone is the place to go. I'll recommend anyone looking for a Subaru or VW to head over to west 16th. More
