I stopped by Falcone on my way home from work to check it out and immediately felt at ease. The salesman, Alex, that I worked with was very professional and never pressured me into a car.he found exactly what I wanted and was patient when I was figuring out what I could afford. The finance part was equally as easy. There were no hidden fees or surprises. Would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Superior! I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback. John Fitzgerald was my salesman. He listened to what I was looking for then took me on a test drive, explaining var I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback. John Fitzgerald was my salesman. He listened to what I was looking for then took me on a test drive, explaining various features as we went. When we returned, we went over the features of both the Premium and the Limited. He figured pricing and estimated monthly payments. I left with copies of Vehicle Invoice for both the Premium and Limited. He wasn't at all pushy. He didn't treat me as a silly woman. In the past, I've had a salesman actually ask my husband at the time, "Isn't there something you can do with her?". Or, "Do you think you can drive a stick?" Bad choice. John kept me posted on the car I'd chosen. The day I picked it up, he spent time explaining the bells and whistles, linked my phone and phonebook and even set the clock. Moe Abbasi was my Finance Manager. He also was very kind and respectful. I honestly can not say enough about the wonderful experience I had. No question of where I'll return when it's again time for a new car. In the meantime, I'm so enjoying my new car More

We were looking for this specific combination and though Falcone did not have one in stock, they were able to trade for this vehicle. We are from Northern Indiana and it was difficult to find a dealer near us who would return calls, so we were grateful for Justin at Falcone. He was able to find the car we were looking for and secured the trade with the other dealership the day we inquired. It wasn't the most local dealership by far, but the sales team was gracious and flexible with our schedule and 3 1/2 hour drive. We left having learned about the exterior, interior, and information systems in the car and were able to implement their use immediately. I know I have someone I can contact with any questions we have, though we don't have any because the overview was so thorough! I feel incredibly comfortable using this vehicle and would recommend Falcone to anyone! More
