Highly Recomended!!! I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this wa I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this was the place I was going to buy from. He never pressured a sale today, was very respectful and was always very helpful in finding my perfect Subaru. I really liked how they focus on family and how buying a new car fits best into our family. I also did not have to barter for a good price. Bert gave me the bottom dollar for the car which when priced out to others in the area can't be beat. I will be buying my fiancé's car from them and will always do business here. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. More
Trying to take advantage of women. We own a Saab and the Heated seat quit working. They give my wife an estimate and told her it was too high. She thought it was worth it and decided to have them repair. They had to order parts and was going to call when came in and after 5 weeks no call. She called and still not in but funny how only took couple days after the call. Seat all worked going in and after repair, heated seat worked but not the lever on auto seat retract. She took back in and they told her, repair had nothing to do with seat retract, and gave her some bs way to do it which doesn't allow enough room to get in. I told her it was Falcone's fault and make them look at it. They did and gave her a quote for another 500 dollars. I looked part up on rock auto and was 37. My neighbor plays with cars and I borrowed tools and took loose back cover and found they put clip on wrong and cable came out, also a strap for seat cover not put on, Put on correctly and seat working. Looks to me if they took apart should of seen it. They won't get any more of my money. More

I went initially to work with the same salesperson they worked with, but he was very busy, so I worked with Nick. He was great, and patiently worked through all the different options with me. I ended up picking a 2017 Impreza 5dr with Eyesight and a moonroof. If had not had access to information about how the different choices would affect my monthly payments, I would definitely have gone with a cheaper version. Knowing the impact that it would have on my monthly life before going in to talk with the finance manager made me feel much more comfortable. I have only had my new car for a day now, but so far I am really excited about it... My last car was 12 years old, so I keep telling people it is like a whole new world of technology... almost like I had never had a smart phone before and just got one. Nick was really helpful and explained how everything worked before I drove away. More
