I went initially to work with the same salesperson they worked with, but he was very busy, so I worked with Nick. He was great, and patiently worked through all the different options with me. I ended up picking a 2017 Impreza 5dr with Eyesight and a moonroof. If had not had access to information about how the different choices would affect my monthly payments, I would definitely have gone with a cheaper version. Knowing the impact that it would have on my monthly life before going in to talk with the finance manager made me feel much more comfortable. I have only had my new car for a day now, but so far I am really excited about it... My last car was 12 years old, so I keep telling people it is like a whole new world of technology... almost like I had never had a smart phone before and just got one. Nick was really helpful and explained how everything worked before I drove away. More

I did a lot of research on cars and spent an entire weekend test driving several makes and models. Falcone was the only dealer (I went to many) that told me what the actual price of the car would be and was open and honest about their entire process, including maintenance and extended warranties. If you plan to live in the area for a while and can take advantage of their in-house extended warranty options you should definitely consider them in your car buying adventures. We all hope to buy our cars on-line one day and not have to go through dealers and the runaround, this is the closest experience I found to that when buying a car. More
