Steve Halloran, the service writer, welcomed me as soon as I walked in, found my record immediately and explained what the 10K service entailed. He accepted the coupon I was given for the free service and showed me the service lounge areas. The work was done within the time estimated and the car was returned to me freshly washed. I'll be back. I have not used dealer services regularly in the past, but this was pleasant and efficient. More

Fast, considerate, no-pressure professionals that care! I called and was greeted by Tiffany, that took down my information, matching it to the e-mail I'd made minutes earlier. Nick got back with me and had a price in just a few minutes. The car was ready the following day and Nick had everything ready to go. We filled out some paperwork and agreed to the appraisal (better # than Rohrman Subaru). Gary had helped us find Nick when we first arrived and he was aggressive with the appraisal. Nick moved the plates over on our car and took the time to recognize that I had stainless bolts and moved them without adding the Falcone plate frame. He removed the Falcone Sticker....just because he could tell that I was the kind of guy that likes the car to look as clean as possible without advertisements. Moe made the finance signing process as fast as possible and knew his stuff! The experience was awesome. I told Bob Falcone what a pleasure it was. I subsequently requested that Nick mail me a decal so that I can advertise for Falcone. Such a refreshing experience to never hear.."let me check with my manager." More
Best Car Buying Experience in Indy, PERIOD. I have purchased over a dozen cars in my lifetime and have dealt with several dealerships. The process is pretty painstaking between sales, management and finance but we all find a way to get through it because we typically don't have a choice as all dealers are the same when it comes to buying. BUT this time, I proved myself wrong when I was recommended to Falcone by a family member for the purchase of a Crosstrek. Falcone employees are very professional and yet laid back and have the process down to a science. From greeting to coming to an agreement on price to financial paperwork, it went so quick and smooth that it didn't even feel like that I bought a car... Felt like something was missing lol because there was no pulling teeth or brain damage, AMAZING!!! Kudos to the Falcone Family for creating such an environment because NO ONE has it like them in Indy. If you are looking at a VW, Subaru or a Pre-Owned, you should look no further. I would like to recognize Nick, Chase Falcone and Moe for helping us throughout. More

I had been searching for a gray 17' Crosstrek with a moon roof for 3 weeks and I wanted it at dealer price knowing the 18's are coming out next week...no one would work with me. they either wanted to stack a few grand for random fees or transport fees since there was not one on lot or just be jerks. Bert at Falcone was nothing like that, he was very informative and accommodating and got me the car I have been wanting for a very long time. I will have this car for decades and will go to Falcone as long as I live in Indiana! More

I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this wa I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this was the place I was going to buy from. He never pressured a sale today, was very respectful and was always very helpful in finding my perfect Subaru. I really liked how they focus on family and how buying a new car fits best into our family. I also did not have to barter for a good price. Bert gave me the bottom dollar for the car which when priced out to others in the area can't be beat. I will be buying my fiancé's car from them and will always do business here. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. More
Trying to take advantage of women. We own a Saab and the Heated seat quit working. They give my wife an estimate and told her it was too high. She thought it was worth it and decided to have them repair. They had to order parts and was going to call when came in and after 5 weeks no call. She called and still not in but funny how only took couple days after the call. Seat all worked going in and after repair, heated seat worked but not the lever on auto seat retract. She took back in and they told her, repair had nothing to do with seat retract, and gave her some bs way to do it which doesn't allow enough room to get in. I told her it was Falcone's fault and make them look at it. They did and gave her a quote for another 500 dollars. I looked part up on rock auto and was 37. My neighbor plays with cars and I borrowed tools and took loose back cover and found they put clip on wrong and cable came out, also a strap for seat cover not put on, Put on correctly and seat working. Looks to me if they took apart should of seen it. They won't get any more of my money. More
