He was a calm individual who gave me everything I needed to know without being the in-my-face kind of sales person that everyone hates to deal with. He also responded to voicemail messages in a timely manner and did not leave us hanging. He even ordered a car manual without me asking for it. The car I purchased was a red 2012 VW Jetta. I am very pleased with the purchase. It seems to have been kept in top notch shape by Falcone, except parts of the interior were not as clean as I would have hoped. Overall, my experience with Falcone was almost perfect and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend/buy my next car from here. Another example of the quality service we received...the first day we arrived at the dealership, we were in the wrong building. We asked an employee where we could find Bert, and he walked us all the way to the other building and right up to Bert's desk. This is the kind of service that is lacking at a lot of businesses, not just car dealerships, and it was a pleasant surprise to see this employee going the extra mile to make sure a potential customer knew what to do. More

I was greeted by Ryan and then Alex, Both members of The staff were very easy to talk with, respectful, and professional. the car checked out, Ryan and I came to an agreement on the terms of purchase. the car had 3 minor issues that needed to be remedied. I was in a crash recently that totaled my car, and I ended up back to start my search for a new car. I was interested in the Tiguan after having a two door rabbit for almost ten years that kept me comfortable and never had serious issues. After shopping around at other dealerships as well, I knew that I would finalize my search at Falcone. Other dealers treated me poorly to say the absolute least, and Falcone was patient and extremely kind. Traey and Ryan answered everything and we shared laughs and comfortable conversations as they told me what I wanted to know, without the fluff that other dealerships came with. I felt like I was buying a car, not being sold on a car. Alex then helped with with financing when I came in to pick up my new baby and everyone was incredibly nice and the paperwork was quick.
