Thank you brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5 I , the battery had been replaced in January 2017 but failed in December 2017, however I had not been driving t brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5 I , the battery had been replaced in January 2017 but failed in December 2017, however I had not been driving the car and realized that I probably contributed to the problem. However, the battery was still under warranty. They not only charged the battery they replaced it with a new one at no cost to me. I was very happy with that , and realized that they had probably gone above and beyond what was necessary to help me. Thank you very much. They were polite,helpful and supportive. When I brought the car in for service this last time, I had a long list of things I wanted to have checked that I hadn't given them when I made the appointment. Even though they had a full day of work and didn't really have time, they made time to check everything on my list. They were Awesome! The only tiny thing that annoyed me was that someone left ashes on my shift panel. Not a big deal, but a surprise given the quality of all my experiences with them. More

He always made sure to ask me if I had any questions, was there any feature I wanted to know more about. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. I never felt rushed, put against the wall, or had any feeling of being uncomfortable with my purchase. Once I was approved Justin went through the process of discussing the owners manual, service requirements, all of the cars features in detail and making sure the car's settings were adjusted to my satisfaction. I have never met a sales person as honest, professional, and service oriented as Justin. He did not make me feel as if he was pushing a car on me, and satisfying his quota. He made me feel as if I was being welcomed to the Falcone Subaru family. He gave me the feeling that they were there to make sure I was taken care of not just when buying the car but if I should have any questions in the future, or issue with the car.
