Unsatisfied with Service Department My Subaru Outback had a recall (airbag issue). After receiving a letter in the mail, I found a date that we could manage w/o the car for a day and mad My Subaru Outback had a recall (airbag issue). After receiving a letter in the mail, I found a date that we could manage w/o the car for a day and made the appointment a week ahead. Dropped the vehicle off the night before for scheduled service the next day. Subaru called on the day service was to be performed stating they did not have any airbags in stock and could not do anything. Considering I made the appointment in advance and they were aware of the recall issue they should have notified me NOT to bring the car in and rescheduled. The letter stated we could be provided a loaner if needed, although I tried to avoid originally, however when I found they needed to keep the vehicle another day I asked about getting a loaner since I had to be at work the next day and the service rep stated they had nothing available. Poor customer service. More
Love this Place! I drove up from Bloomington and brought in my Passat for its 60,000 mile check up and an oil change. Couldn’t be happier I had to trade in my disabled vehicle and was upside down on my loan. I ended up with a 2018 Tiguan and I love it. The staff I worked with did everyth I had to trade in my disabled vehicle and was upside down on my loan. I ended up with a 2018 Tiguan and I love it. The staff I worked with did everything they could to get me the best deal. They were honest and always gave me a time frame so I wasn't sitting and waiting for an unknown amount of time. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience. More

Primo Service I took our new GTI in for the 5 yr. wax coat service and "protective coat" on the interior seats. All staff were friendly and helpful.
