I have been with Jihnsin & Johnso 30+years and have picked up nearly as many courtesy drops of company cars. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. 4 years ago I got a company Forester d picked up nearly as many courtesy drops of company cars. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. 4 years ago I got a company Forester dropped at Flacone and it went well. However, it wasn’t memorable, but Betsy was memorable. She approached me with respect and a customer-focused attitude. She was polite and knowledgeable; and took ;25 minutes to chat about the feature of my new Outback and demonstrate some of its important features that I would need as a field sales representative. She developed such a quick rapport’ that she asked permission to hug rather than shake hands at the end of the transaction.. Outstanding customer relations. More
