Due to certain circumstances, I had to make a rush decision when buying that car. It didn't take long to know that purchase was not the best decision for me. A friend suggested multiple times that I go to Falcone...so I did. Alex, Chase, and Moe were awesome. Chase let me take home the 2018 Tiguan for the weekend as a loaner to make sure that I felt confident in my buying decision. Alex was super knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use all the features, something that the previous dealership did not do. He definitely knows his stuff. Moe, explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was signing. Granted it's been less than a week, but thus far Falcone has been exceptional. More

Chase, both Alex O and Alex M, and Jon made the purchase both friendly and courteous as always. Starting with my trade-in appraisal to closing the sale, it was a stress-free experience. I may live out west of Indy now but I always look forward to returning to Falcone Subaru/VW for my future automotive needs. Definitely my favorite dealership in the Indy metro area.
