My previous vehicle broke down right before Thanksgiving, and I got confirmation that it had engine failure while out of state the following Monday. After searching through various websites, I found the vehi and I got confirmation that it had engine failure while out of state the following Monday. After searching through various websites, I found the vehicle I wanted, and reached out to Speedway Subaru with questions about financing. Amanda reached out immediately and within just a few hours, we had a financing application in and the car secured. They held the vehicle for me for two whole days until I could fly back to Indianapolis. Upon arriving, my new Subaru Crosstrek was waiting for me out front, all detailed and ready to go. Securing financing was a breeze, and Amanda and Jenni were very thorough in answering all my questions about the vehicle and my loan. Plus they were just such fun and kind people! I can't explain just how thankful I am that they were able to relieve so much stress from me and my husband during the holidays. Amanda, if you see this, I appreciate you so much! Well let me start by saying I didn’t buy a car from them. So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which was fine. Service dept was less than great with the communication and even when I tried to talk to the service manager he never called me back. After them having my car for two weeks it is finally fixed. The work done is good and seems to have fixed the issues I had. But the time it took to get answers and basically made me feel like I was harassing them to get an answer about my car. I don’t think it was Tony’s fault I would more blame the service manager as I didn’t even talk to him and I tried to talk to him at least 3 or 4 times. I will never take my car here again nor would I buy a car from them. In conclusion the service dept can only be as good as the manager running it and I think it falls way short of being more than 2 stars. More
