First of all, I just love Falcone Subaru. I have been working with Amanda Wallace for about a year now. Never felt any pressure or embarrassment for asking her just a ton of questions, and no I have been working with Amanda Wallace for about a year now. Never felt any pressure or embarrassment for asking her just a ton of questions, and not buying anything right away.. But, I did buy a brand new outback from Amanda that I am absolutely in love with. I can’t say enough about these cars and Amanda!! Today I went back to Falcone Subaru to work with a gal named Betsy, who showed me everything that Car can do and all the functions that it has. It was a most wonderful eye-opening experience!!! I had no idea! It’s been a wonderful event for me!!! More

We saw two cars similar to what we were looking for. Eric showed us both cars and pointed out features of each. We decided to continue looking at the '23 Outback Wilderness. He said he understood we weren't buying that day, but still offered us a test drive. Upon return, we decided the '23 was the one we wanted. He told us of the procedure and also told us about deposit to hold the car as our bank got our money put in place to purchase the car. Upon knowing our money was deposited into proper acct, we had the total purchase price drawn up on cashiers xx, called Eric, made appt with finance officer. We came in on our scheduled day, and purchased outright our 'new' 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. It has been a sincere pleasure to work with Eric and your finance dept at Falcone Subaru. We hope to buy our next Subaru from Falcone as well. Falcone's reputation preceeded them in our experience and made it publicly know we got our car from there and recommend anyone looking at new/used cars to don't buy without first checking out Falcone Automotive. The company rep that scheduled our meeting, helped adjust the scheduling last minute that morning, and gave me arguably the most detailed walkthrough of the vehicle that I was picking up - including setting my phone up and connecting it the vehicle for me.
