That program puts an employee in the car with you to review operation of the vehicle, particularly through its onl capped by the Love-Encore program. While manuals that come with the vehicle are helpful as was explanations provided by our salesman, the Love-Encore program answers any question you might have after owning the vehicles for a few days or weeks. Every one was really great. They explained everything so that would know how to work all the new things on the car.
