Speedway Ford responded

This was an unfortunate situation due to trade in valuation. The price quoted on day one was higher, so the trade allowance was higher. On day 2 the price was lowered on the web site, so the trade allowance could not be the same as the day before. The trade difference was exactly the same, which was unacceptable to the customer. I understand the frustration, but at no time were they lied to. We offered the best deal we could. I appoligize for not meeting the customers expectations. gm@speedwayford.com
