They explained all the programs and incentives that Volkswagon had to offer and were forthright in all their responses. There was no high pressure, no hype, and no tall tales given. They just wanted to make sure that we had all the facts about what Volkswagon and Speedcraft could offer us in a new vehicle. After talking about new cars for a bit they suggested a loaner vehicle. It wasn't about selling a new car and pushing it off the lot. They just wanted us to be happy with the purchase of a Volkswagon. We actually ended up buying the loaner vehicle. The Dealer who really helped us with our decision and made it the most enjoyable experience was Carrie Andrade. She got us the price we wanted and the vehicle we wanted. I have been to many dealerships over the years buying new cars and have never had such an honest, personable experience as I had with Carrie assisting us.
