This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a purchase. It was my first big purchase on my own, and it didn't even feel like that. I was respected and felt comfortable. They never pushed anything on me and explained everything. After agreeing to the car and price, the rest was just as painless. All of the paperwork was explained to me. It wasn't a "sign here" type of thing. The finance employee explained EVERY paper that I had to sign before showing me where to sign. Before driving off the lot, the salesman sat in the car with me and showed me the basics of all the controls in the car and other things I'd need to know, which was better than having to learn by reading the manual. I would definitely recommend Speedcraft to anyone that was looking for a stress-free experience. And I commend Speedcraft on their OUTSTANDING customer service- you will definitely have repeat business with service like that! More

We ended up speaking with several people at the dealership over the course of a couple of weeks and they were all very accomodating to our needs. First, I stopped in a couple of time a year before I purchaesd a car and told them I wasn't buying at that time but just getting comparisons on several different brands. I was not only treated in a friendly manner but the cheerfully answered my questions, demonstrated various features of the car and even offered a test drive. All this even after i had made it quite clear that I was buying at that time. When we did decide to but the deal was rather straight forward, no cutesy dancing around about trade-ins. Which by the way was more than I had anticipated. I was shown a number of options on closing some of which we hadn't considered. There was no pressure to take any given one nor was there and hard sell for extended options I didn't want. Overall I was quite impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and curtesy of the staff. More
Actually, this dealership is the best I have ever experienced. Especially professional, respectful, friendly. Each item was explained in detail, all of our questions answered thoroughly. Very impressive also was the way the staff treated each other. Each person went out of his way to help others. You can tell that the morale there is good--they like their jobs and each other. That makes a customer feel comfortable. The waiting time was very reasonable and talking with Luke about the new cars was so informative. He was patient and helped me figure out the pros and cons of the different vehicles. I am so happy with my 03 Passat wagon that I would buy the new bigger Jetta in a minute except for the seats. What were the designers thinking in making those seats so small?? The edges are also hard, so I really like the car but I don't know if my passengers would be comfortable in those seats. I wonder if you have received any more feedback about these seats. VW for me has been such a joy. My Passat wagon is nimble, sporty, comfortable with great cargo space--so I'm really devoted to the brand, especially the wagon, which actually has more cargo space than the SUV types. I have to transport a rather large wheelchair and my cargo space is just perfect. Bottom line----Speedcraft is doing a terrific job--they even washed my car!! Annette Pelletier More

I had a wonderful experience. Richard Carr has been very responsive and very helpful. My sales experience did not end when I took delivery either. When I needed new tires, Speedcraft met the price of a discount tire dealer. I feel that you could not find better service anywhere. Of course, we all love a dependable, smooth-running car and service-pricing that is competitive. But what makes Speedcraft an "over-the-top" dealership is the friendly staff. More
