They always accommodate his very busy schedule, and even pick up and deliver the car to our workplace. Repairs are completed on time, and they always call with a report before making any repairs. They give advice about which repairs need immediate attention and which ones can wait or be "on watch." I couldn't ask for a nicer group of service techicians and service manager to handle our special requests. I would recommend them highly. More

FIRST OF ALL, I LIVE IN PROVIDENCE RI AND TRAVEL TO THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY STAFF! BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON, YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER... I WANTED TO DO SOME COMPAR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY STAFF! BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON, YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER... I WANTED TO DO SOME COMPARING OF NUMBERS.....SO MY ADVENTAGE WAS TO VISIT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP..AND FOUND THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT LIKE S P E E D C R A F T . I VISITED BALISE VOLKSWAGEN WHICH IS A LOT CLOSER TO MY HOME...AND FOUND OUT THAT SALES MANAGER CAN'T SHINE THE SHOES OF LUKE WALEY MY SALES MANAGER AT SPEEDCRAFT!!!! ONLY I WANTED WAS TO CHECK OUT DIDN'T PRICING..AND WHAT AN EXPERIENCE..I GOT THAT NIGHT!!!!! WHEN I ARRIVED IN THE SHOWROOM ~ I SAW A PRICE ON ONE OF THE VEHICLE'S THAT WAS ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR, AND ASKED MY SALES PERSON IF I COULD SEE THE CC THAT WAS LEASING FOR $249.00 DOLLARS.. HE TOLD ME THAT THEIR ONLY HAD ONE..SO WHY DO YOU STILL HAVE THE PRICE SHOWING ON THE SALES FLOOR THEN?? WELL, YOU WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO MY SALES MANAGER CHUCK..WHO BYE THE WAY, HAD NO PERSONALITY...AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS DREAMING ABOUT THAT PRICE..SO THEN I SAID TO HIM CAN I SPEAK WITH YOUR BOSS.. HE TOLD ME THAT HIS BOSS WOULD TELL ME THE SAME THING..TOO BAD MY SALES PERSON WAS NICE..TOO BAD THE SALES MANAGER CHUCK WASN'T. HE PRESENTED HIMSELF JUST LIKE ONE OF THOSE NIGHMARE SALES PEOPLE... I WOULD TRAVEL AS MANY MILES AS I HAD TOO..BECAUSE I KNEW IN MY HEART THAT DAY I WAS STILL GOING TO GO TO SPEEDCRAFT..I JUST WANTED TO COMPARE PRICING..AND EVEN IF THE PRICE WAS BETTER, I STILL WOULD HAVE GONE TO SPEEDCRAFT..WHY...BECAUSE OF LUKE AND THE STAFF!!!!!!!!! ALL I CAN SAY......IS BEFORE YOU GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP....SPEEDCRAFT IS WORTH THE TRIP... ITS A NICE RIDE, RELAXING, AND THE DEALERSHIP IS ONE OF THE LAST ONE'S AROUND THAT REALLY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON AND NOT LIKE A NUMBER. BYE THE WAY,,,,I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD HOLD THE CAR, SO, THAT I COULD GIVE MY DEALERSHIP A CHANCE TO MATCH THE PRICE...AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T SIGN THAT NIGHT..THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HOLD IT!! WHAT A JOKE..DO THEY REALLY THINK IN THIS ECONOMY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SELL THAT CAR..OVER NIGHT ?? LOL... SPEEDCRAFT, IF YOU SEE A CAR YOU LIKE AND DECIDE TO PURCHASE THE CAR, AND WANT TO GET FINANCING FROM YOUR BANK, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR CAR, SO, THAT YOU CAN GO GET THE FINANCING..WITH AT LEAST A DEPOSIT TO SHOW GOOD FAITH... The most friendly and upfront dealership I've ever to encounter! You will never find any gimmicks, or sales pitching here; they do not try to sell you into something you cannot afford. They really do go out of thier way to inform you of everything you need to know about the vehicle, pricing, warranty and financial information. They are transparent, open and knowledgable -- no haggling here, they give you the best deal that they can! They do not just want to sell you a "one-shot" deal on a car, they want to have the very best experience. This was the way it was for me on my first buy (2006 Jetta), and exactly the same way on my second buy (2012 CC). This small dealership, off the beaten path of mega automiles is quite a gem. I live 45 mins from Speedcraft. I live 5-10mins from Matties in fall River, I pass Scotts, Fiore(Balise) and possibly one other in there. Why? Because the service staff(Front Desk, Service Technicians, Matties in fall River, I pass Scotts, Fiore(Balise) and possibly one other in there. Why? Because the service staff(Front Desk, Service Technicians, and Managers) is friendly, professional, and are just that wonderful to work with. I have been going to Speedcraft for about 6 years now. Service has remained consistant. They make a trip to Speedcraft worth while. They will go over the work that needs to be done and will only do that which you approve. They make suggestions about possible work so there are no suprises. They are NEVER pushy about the suggestions! They let you make the descision. Seriously check them out, they truly are the best experience I have had at any car dealership. More
