I saw their "special lease offer" on line and went there to see what they had. The lease offer was $169 for the Kicks or $189. for the Rogue sports. BUT when the dealer (Bob) who made us sit at a table for close to a half hour without even acknowledging us came back with the pricing it was over $100.00 more then what the special offer was! He said that the disclaimer stated the special offer was for graduates and / or military specials!! Yet when I told him I did read the disclaimer and there was nothing stating that (and he even showed me this disclaimer which did not show anything about the graduate or military). He then seemed to not even care and tried to make up some excuse. We left and went to Paul Masse Chevy in Wakefield and had a wonderful experience and leased a Chevy Trax from Paul H. More

Worst buying experience ever I found a car online from Speed Craft Nissan in Warwick and went to check it out, I arrived and found the car in the lot, sales man Ed Borowski approa I found a car online from Speed Craft Nissan in Warwick and went to check it out, I arrived and found the car in the lot, sales man Ed Borowski approached me and I told him I was interested, I told him the price and he said no that car is worth a lot more so I said OK Ill pass cause that is out of my budget, he offered a different vehicle but I was not interested at the moment, but I stayed and while he went back inside I google the dealer inventory and there it was same car the price I saw, looked around car and found window sticker reflecting price online, he didn’t even bother to look, went inside dealer and told him that is the car I saw online, he had to ask somebody else before going for keys, I went back out to the car sat on it and found it had a SOLD TAG, so I got out and told him car was sold so at that time I asked for the one we ended buying and we went for a test ride, car ran good, but this is where nightmare starts, told them I am buying the car for my brother paying cash and registering in VA, they say no problem we can do that, will have car ready for you in a couple of days, I come back take the car but they don’t have title ready they say will call you when ready, next day I called no answers so I leave message, next day I get a call asking to come back and redo paper work and at that time they recommend to register the car here in RI, so I pay taxes and registration fee, again they say now just wait till plates come in, its now January 2 and I bought December 23 car needs to be in VA the 5, next day I get a voicemail around 3 pm I call and text no one answers both sales man and manager, get text from sales man at 8pm car needs vin check come tomorrow at 9am, next day we get there and sales man says we don’t have title cannot do vin check but don’t worry we will get it done without the car and overnight the plates, car leaves to VA and temp plate expires the 12th, after failed calls attempts I visit dealer to here the same sales guy say it will be done tomorrow it went like that until Thursday when they realized they cant do a vin check without a car.... so they say let’s just redo paper work and put it in your brothers name, I say he cannot come here to sign but they insist both sales man and manager they will get it done, so I say I rather have him drive here Saturday the 11th and you guys can do vin check, they agreed and even offered to fill tank. Saturday car is here Vin check is done but they say we cannot give you another temp plate because the current ones are still valid until tomorrow Sunday the 12th, so I ask if at least they fill the tank as they offered and the answer was, oh our pump broke but we will send you a gas card, again another offer that probably wont happen, then they say Monday we will have new plates and we will send you and your brother picture of registration and if you get stop we will pay for any fees you incur, so we give them my brothers address again just to make sure this plates will go to the right place, Monday comes I call and text no answers, call again after leaving work someone answer puts me on hold and then says Ed will call you, well guess what? Ed never called shocker.... Tuesday the 14 I called left him voicemail text messages nothing, waited till after lunch called back and asked to talk to manager, and to my surprise he answers and says Ed is working on it right now he will give you a call, I tell him I need a copy of registration like you guys said last Saturday, and he repeats yes he will call you now, I wait and half an hour later I get a text from Ed, the same # I’ve been sending texts for days and no reply and it only says ”all set” no copy of registration and no tracking # I guess we just hope tomorrow it gets delivered to VA and my Brother can use the car on Wednesday to go to work, this is unacceptable it is pathetic and exhausting, So Wednesday morning I receive a call from Ed asking for address.... I say what for and he says just to double check but don't worry it was sent yesterday, he says he needs also my brothers cell# to send him the picture of the registration so I text him the info, around 5PM I call my brother to see if plates or text message arrived, but nothing yet, so I call sales guy and leave message where I tell him I have never worked with this level of incompetence and then called the dealer and was able to get a hold of him,I tell him we haven't received anything but he says he sent my brother a message and that he can drive the car because it is register and don't matter if he has no plates.... I ask again to send me tracking # and proof of registration and at that time he says to me I was rude and and that I lied from the beginning and hangs on the phone!!!!!! couple minutes later I get a picture of the registration, so I run a tool to verify when and where was this picture taken and come to find out it was taken a few minutes ago at the dealer address!!! so now I find out he is actually lying and plates haven't leave the dealer, not only that I look at the registration picture and find out it was registered the Tuesday 14th not Monday, these has been exhausting and not even going to bother calling again or going to the dealer anymore I just hope they get send today and hope fully arrive tomorrow, if that doesnt happen I will be updating this review, mean while I work at a very large pharmaceutical where I've been sharing my experience and people are already sharing forward. In the last 12 years I had bought 9 brand new cars and 3 used ones, I know what to expect from a dealer and I can guarantee is not what I just experienced with Speed Craft Nissan. More
Both the service and sales people treat you as if you are royalty. No matter the reason for the visit, scheduled or impromptu, you are greeted by name, taken care of promptly and the staff makes sure you are royalty. Be careful of rebates. I have been waiting since June 2018. I keep being told Nissan has not paid Speedcraft. But when they do we will cut you a check.
