We finally just bought out our warranty so we never have to ATTEMPT to deal with them again. Every person we dealt with ( salesman, manager, finance guy, mechanic and owner) were inept, evasive, and even rude. How this place stays in business I'll never know. Don't be fooled by the nice looking cars and lies as they try to sell the car to you. Once you buy it, they want nothing to do with you. Biggest joke of a business EVER. More

used cars salesmen -keeping the reputation low I have had issues with my A3 ever since I bought it from them...the AC has never worked in it and it has always clunked into 1st gear from 2nd gear (w I have had issues with my A3 ever since I bought it from them...the AC has never worked in it and it has always clunked into 1st gear from 2nd gear (which I mentioned to them when I brought it back after the day after I bought it from them ....they replaced the starter since it was having issues within hours of me driving off the lot!!). I had a friend look at it last night who is a mechanic for exotic cars (who has done work on cars that go through Speed Sports - he rolled his eyes when I mentioned them and said they sell poor quality cars). After he took a quick look at my engine and drove it, he told me my transmission was bad and needed a new one....and it would be thousands of dollars just to repair the AC. Matt claims that he didn't have the car for long before it was sold to me....but I watched it being advertised on craigslist for weeks! I traded in a vehicle with 0 issues (and they offered me less $ for it than a dealer had the same day) because I wanted this A3 that I was told repeatedly had no issues and had been completely inspected. A close friend of mine was looking to purchase a nice porche from Speed Sports, but when I told him that's where my car was from, he never went back to them. Don't take the risk of dealing with these crooks. More

In 2014, a single mom of two (me recently divorced) goes into a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I have also just sold a house. Had a little cash, after dividing a profit from that sale with my ex. Found a car of my girly dreams. What does a girl know about a car? NOTHING! Except that it looks nice, shiny, sporty (if you are like me into sporty cars). Cliff was very helpful and persuasive! They talked me into pretty high down payment and at the same time didn't do such a good job at at least finding a good, low percentage loan company. I am currently paying 14%!!! Also talked me into getting warranty for my new purchased vehicle! Why didn't I think that they knew that something was really wrong with it and they were covering their behinds?? I don't know...I was vulnerable, I know nothing about cars, I thought that it was gonna help me in the long run. Paid close to $5000 grand for warranty. Left this xxxx hole dealership on my Mercedes. Happy for two weeks, until we decided to go on the road trip with my two kids to California. I noticed that something was really wrong with my AC. On the back it was blowing HOT air! I took it to that same dealership before my trip to have it fixed! They couldn't do it that day, their mechanic was working on MORE important project! Told me to bring it that following monday! Well we were leaving on sunday!Warranty....hmmm what is it for again?? Well they told me IT might not be covered!!!! I ended up RENTING a car for my trip!!!! It was already scheduled, hotel reservations made, kids looking forward to it. More $$$ spend. Took it in after my trip, they didn't have proper equipments! Oil was leaking also, they didn't have parts! Had to wait for them to order. Even AFTER they "fixed it" it was still dripping!!!! So there started a CHAIN of my car falling apart!!! By the way I still had to pay something every time they fixed another problem. I even tried to take it back and exchange it for another car, nope. They wouldn't take it!!! My credit score dropped and I didn't qualify no more. So here I am stuck with this car. Couple month later I was driving to eastern washington, on the road my car started up acting strange. I barely made it to the nearest exit and it stopped !!! Belt just ripped off. If it was on a freeway?? I was so tired of dealing with this piece of junk that I decided to go to another dealership and I was even willing to pay the difference for another car, just so they can take this one (trade it in) Well HERE comes the surprise!!!! They pulled up car fax report! ITS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT in california a year before I bought it!!!!! No dealership (good one, not like Speed Sports) will take a car that has been wrecked and sell it to another poor person!!!! So here I am stuck with this car $500 monthly payments for it and multiple expenses to come!!!! Called Cliff told him everything. Did they help? NOPE! they deny everything lol! Called another time and spoke to guy named Josh, who was friendly up until the point where I said it was their responsibility! From then on his friendly attitude was GONE WITH THE WIND! BY THE WAY FORGOT TO MAKE IT CLEAR! THIS IS 2009 MERCEDES CLS550 WITH ONLY 40K ON IT when i bought it!!!!! First of all it now sound very suspicious to me that the mileage was so low. I spoke to people and have found out that it could of been messed with (speedometer) So Speed Sports called me back (Josh guy) and said that they are willing to help me! For a second I got excited! Until he asked me how much money can put down for my new vehicle from them!!!!!!! Are you kidding me????? No doubt you are doing what I did before purchasing a car at Speed Sport. You are looking to see what people are saying about Speed Sport. Well this will be very refreshing to you. I purchased my Lexus ES at Speed Sport about three weeks ago. My experience with the staff at Speed Sport has been nothing but fantastic from everyone I had contact with. The most impressive is Steve the Service Manager. I had spent some time with Steve. I had some concerns with my car as I wanted to be confident the car was going to continue to make me happy after I drove it away. Steve impressed me so much that I intend to do all my future car maintenance at Speed Sport. Steve was very calm, very confident on every visit. He definitely helped ensure my car was stellar and help make my purchase a great experience. It does not stop there. Aaron that used to work as a Supervisor at a Toyota Shop before coming to Speed Sport also assured me several times that I was getting a very special car. This really helped because he knew Toyota. Collin is also another one of Steve’s team whom I visited when Steve was not in. Always a friendly greet and remembers my name. He represents the same top notch professionalism and Superior Customer Service. He was also the calm one with confidence. He never made me feel he was put out to talk with me about my car. Reese also from Steve’s team always greeted me. After washing my car one day, I got in after he finished while the car was running. Yes, I took off without the FOB. I was stuck at my next stop several miles away. I called and Reese apologized so sincerely and immediately drove the key FOB over to me. He took full responsibility even though I was the one that drove off without it. Then the sales team…. I started the day with Cliff the Sales Mgr. on the phone. I asked Cliff about the car and before going in I looked up what people were saying about Speed Sport on the internet. Cliff was a different salesperson. He seemed very sincere and made me feel he wanted to help me. I could tell he cared about the company and that a happy customer would help his company thrive. While really helping me with my deal, I could tell he was also looking out for the company as well and really wanted to make the sale work. I also met Chad on the sales team who was very polite and checking in on me every visit. He was also very helpful to Cliff and me. Then we go on to Marcus the Business Manager. Again, same sincere service level. When I was signing the paperwork he shared that he is actually retired and helping his friend Matt the owner. After filling out all the paperwork, he let me take the car overnight and said to me we are not concerned that you will be back with the check. You see it ran late at night and I was paying cash for the car. I saw Marcus a few days later after the purchase and he went out of his way to come over and say hi to me. Then finally there is Matt the owner. Very busy man but I met him, he answers the phone himself and I talked with him several times. He was very involved with my purchase as well as worked with Steve in the shop to make sure my car was right. I received a great deal on my car but most of all I received outstanding service from every single person at Speed Sport. By the way, you may have noticed that I mentioned Speed Sport several times. The reason is I think it is very important; the correct place gets the credit here. Speed Sport is not easily spotted from the road. You kind of have to know where they are. They are across from the Bomber and at the former Keg Restaurant. They deal with high end QUALITY mostly all luxury cars and SUV’s. I really appreciate customer service and have had a lot of experience working with Dealers. When you are out shopping for a car or SUV, give Speed Sport an opportunity.
