Took my car in for an oil change. Paid for a break flush (that I didnt need). Took my car to have breaks put on the next day and i barely had any break fluid and what was left was black. They also told me at the dealership I needed something done to my rotors. They were bad. While being shown the break fluid issue, I was also made aware that my front rotors were perfectly fine. They didn't understand why the dealership said anything was wrong with them. I waited on a manager to call me all day because I was told no one would be there to discuss the issues when I could get there. I would have been there by 5 p.m. Because i never received a call and was given the run around I went straight to the dealership after work. I was told by the manager he was "sorry he had not reached out to me all day because he was busy." TERRIBLE customer service. This could have been a dangerous situation and I was made to feel as if the problem wasn't a problem. I've been going to Dave Edwards Toyota for years and have bought my last 2 cars from there. After this mishap, I will no longer do business with them or send my family and friends their way. Very disappointed in Dave Edwards Toyota. More

The 3 year lease of our Toyota Highlander had reached expiration and we were thinking of purchasing the vehicle. First, we looked at other pre-owned Highlanders. Endy Gamboa was kind enough to spend ti expiration and we were thinking of purchasing the vehicle. First, we looked at other pre-owned Highlanders. Endy Gamboa was kind enough to spend time with us reviewing vehicles. Our decision? To purchase the Highlander we'd been enoying for 3 years.
